Refund Policy
Our applications are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize the applicable subscription charges and are responsible for managing, monitoring, downgrading, or cancelling your subscription when the service is no longer required.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. However, where a subscription has remained unused, we may, at our discretion and subject to verification, provide a refund for a maximum of one (1) month of subscription charges.
Refunds for more than one month will not be provided on the basis of non-use, including where the subscriber did not actively use the application for several consecutive months but did not cancel or modify the subscription.
It is the subscriber's responsibility to monitor their active subscriptions and take timely action to cancel or modify any subscription they no longer wish to maintain. Failure to use the application, forgetting to cancel a subscription, or otherwise leaving a subscription active does not create an entitlement to refunds for previously billed periods beyond the maximum one-month refund described above.
Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method or applicable platform billing mechanism, subject to the policies and technical limitations of the relevant payment or commerce platform.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection laws.

AI-Generated Content
Use of AI features. Some CSS apps and services, including our video and reels tools, use artificial intelligence (AI) to create, edit, or improve videos, images, text, audio, and other content (“AI-Generated Content”). These features may be powered in part by third-party AI providers.
Your inputs. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or provide to generate AI-Generated Content, including prompts, product images, videos, logos, music, voices, and likenesses (“Inputs”). By submitting Inputs, you confirm that you own them or hold all the rights, licenses, and permissions needed to use them, including the consent of any person whose face, voice, or likeness appears in them.
Ownership of output. As between you and CSS, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the AI-Generated Content created from your Inputs. CSS does not claim ownership of it. However, CSS makes no representation that AI-Generated Content is protected by copyright or any other intellectual property right. Some jurisdictions may not recognize copyright in content generated wholly or partly by AI.
No guarantee of originality. AI models can produce output that is similar or identical to content created for other users or to existing third-party works. CSS does not guarantee that AI-Generated Content is unique, original, accurate, or free from third-party claims. It also does not guarantee that the content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other right.
Your responsibility before publishing. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-Generated Content before you use, publish, or distribute it, including on your store, social media, or advertising channels. You are also responsible for making sure your use complies with all applicable laws, platform policies, and advertising standards, including any rules that require AI-generated or altered content to be disclosed or labeled.
Prohibited use. You may not use CSS’s AI features to create content that:
-
infringes the intellectual property of others;
-
impersonates a real person or uses someone’s likeness or voice without consent;
-
misleads consumers about products, pricing, or endorsements;
-
is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
CSS may remove content or suspend access to its services if it believes these terms have been violated.
Copyright complaints. If you believe that content created or hosted through CSS services infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@chiefss.com with details of the work and the content concerned. CSS will review the complaint and may remove or disable access to that content.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability. AI-Generated Content is provided “as is” and “as available.” CSS is not responsible or liable for any AI-Generated Content, for how you use it, or for any claims, losses, or damages arising from it, including claims of copyright or trademark infringement.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSS, its affiliates, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Inputs, your AI-Generated Content, or your use of either in breach of these Terms.
