Equity Engine provides analytical tools. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations,
or brokerage/execution. You remain responsible for all decisions and outcomes.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Equity Engine, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service
Nature of Service (No Advice, No Execution)
- Equity Engine is an analytical and portfolio-management software platform.
- We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
- We do not execute, route, or custody trades or funds.
- Any insights or outputs are tools for your consideration; you decide if/how to act.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into contracts. Institutions must ensure authorized users.
You are responsible for accounting for security and activity.
Acceptable Use
No unlawful use, reverse engineering, data scraping, or misuse of the platform.
No attempts to bypass security or access non-public features.
Data & Third-Party Integrations
- You may connect third-party services (e.g., E*TRADE) at your discretion.
- We are not responsible for third-party data accuracy or availability.
- You grant us the right to process your data solely to provide the Service.
Accuracy & Limitations
- Outputs may rely on public and/or connected data sources and may contain errors.
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of performance, results, or fitness for a particular purpose
Fees, Billing & Refunds (if applicable)
- Fees are stated at checkout or in your order form.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled per the plan terms.
- Taxes (e.g., sales tax) may apply. Refunds are not guaranteed once a billing period begins
Intellectual Property
All software, UI, and content are owned by Equity Engine or its licensors. You receive a limited,
non-transferable license to use the Service.
Confidentiality
Where applicable, mutual NDA or confidentiality terms govern non-public information
shared for configuration and deployment.
Modifications to Service
We may update features, agents, or interfaces; material changes to pricing or terms will be
notified in advance where required.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach. You may stop using the Service at any time; fees
already paid may be non-refundable
Disclaimers
• No Investment Advice.
• No Guarantee of Results or Performance.
• Market risk remains with you.
• Historical data and analysis do not predict future results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equity Engine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special,
or consequential damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Equity Engine harmless claims arising from your use of the Service
or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
